ANGEL, a once vibrant beautiful Cree woman, is now weary and spiritless after enduring viscous spiritual, physical, and emotional beatings from her abusive partner EARL.

Broken Angel explores the realities of intergenerational trauma, intimate partner violence, and healing within Indigenous communities. Through Angel's journey, the film examines the strength of women, the importance of community, and the enduring presence of ancestors who guide us toward hope, healing, and transformation.
